Bidding Wars

After reading another article in the Toronto Star, I thought it was time to post my take on Bidding Wars.  I know you may think that I may not have your interest at heart.  I do take my job seriously.  I am faced with this dilema right now as I feel that an agent is trying to pressure me and my buyers to put an offer in on a home that we truly like but do not want to compete because the home is slightly overpriced for that neighbourhood.  I am leaving the decision to my buyers.  Here's my video.  Please enjoy.
